Plural AI, Inc. · Delaware · Founded May 2026

An AI-age company is a store of skills.

Plural Studio is a venture studio built around one idea. The hard work is not in the product. The hard work is in the library of skills the studio composes products from. We assemble small, AI-native teams, ship in ninety-day cycles, and let the same atomic capabilities power every new venture we launch.

01 · Thesis

The thing that compounds is not the product. It is the skill library.

Every venture starts as a permutation of capabilities the studio has already built. The product is downstream of the library. The moat is in the library.

In the AI age, a company is no longer a product wrapped in headcount. It is a store of skills, called by humans and called by agents, composed in real time into whatever the market is asking for that quarter.

001

Skills, not departments

Legal analysis. Regulatory scanning. Habit tracking. Outreach drafting. Each is an atomic capability with a clear input, a clear output, and an owner. They live in a shared library. They get called the way functions get called. Ventures are the orchestration on top.

002

Ninety days, not five years

Every venture inside Plural Studio gets ninety days to prove there is a buyer. If proof shows up, it gets resources to scale. If it does not, we cut, recover the skills it produced, and feed them back into the library. Speed is a feature of the operating model, not a personality trait.

003

Lean by construction

A traditional pre-seed venture in this space carries seven people and burns four hundred thousand a year before it learns anything. An AI-native version carries two people and learns more, faster, for less. We are betting that the new floor is two operators, a library, and a fleet of agents.

02 · Operating model

How a venture moves through the studio.

Every venture follows the same path. Signal, scoped sprint, ninety-day exam, fold or scale. The studio does not run nine ventures in parallel. It runs three, in sequence, with the discipline that the library deserves.

Signal

We watch where the search demand is moving, where the regulation is biting, where the incumbents are bloated. Meta's pivot to AI education, finance, and health and wellness was a signal. The TikTok roles list was a signal. So is every fresh announcement out of Microsoft, Anthropic, Google. Signals get logged, ranked, debated in a Friday hour.

Scoped sprint

The winning signal becomes a ten-day sprint. One operator, one builder, one library. The goal is not a product. The goal is to know whether anyone in the buyer market actually wants the thing, at what price, framed against what alternative. We use Google Ads, cold outreach, and three live conversations as our reality test.

Ninety-day exam

If the sprint earns a green light, the venture gets ninety days, a small budget, a domain, a brand, and a release plan. Marketing floor is fifteen hundred dollars a month. Minimum ask for a ninety-day run is sixty thousand. The library carries most of the technical lift. The team carries distribution.

Fold or scale

At day ninety, we look at one number. Revenue, qualified pipeline, or paid pilots. If the number is real, the venture leaves the studio and gets its own runway. If it is not, we fold the venture, archive the skills it built, and feed those skills back to the library so the next venture starts from a higher floor.

03 · Ventures

A small portfolio, on purpose.

Three ventures live or coming in the next two quarters. Two pipeline ventures earmarked for the second half. The thesis says we go narrow on count and wide on depth.

Live

Ask Best

ask-best.com · AI clones of ten subject matter leaders

The proof of concept for the studio thesis. Ten cloned experts answering live questions through an agent layer. More than twelve hundred consultations served. The architecture, prompt patterns, and routing logic became the first three components in the Plural skill library.

ReCounsel

Legal second opinion for emerging markets and the over-fifty audience

An AI second opinion on contracts, regulatory letters, and disputes, priced at nineteen to three hundred and forty-nine euros. ADHD Coach AI

Health and wellness niche · subscription model

An always-on coaching companion for adult ADHD, targeting twenty-nine to forty-nine dollars per month. The Meta signal on health and wellness, plus the size of the undertreated adult ADHD market, both flag this as a venture where one good prompt design plus disciplined retention work can compound quickly.

AI Education

Turkish professionals via Teknoloji Borsasi · over-fifty English market in parallel

Practical AI literacy programs aimed at audiences traditional online education has under-served. The Turkish flank uses the Teknoloji Borsasi audience as a captive funnel. The English flank targets late-career professionals adjusting to AI in their work. Same content engine, two go-to-market motions.

Adjacent

Uppy.ai

Live AI-driven market intelligence

An adjacent venture already operating in market. We share signal patterns and a portion of the underlying intelligence stack with Plural Studio, which keeps both sides sharper. Uppy is not part of the studio cap table but is part of the studio's working library.

04 · Skill library

The library is the company. Ventures are the demo.

A skill is a small, well-documented capability with one job. Ventures are written as compositions of skills. When a venture folds, the skills survive and get sharper.

05 · Roadmap

Three quarters. Three ventures live. Library at v2.

The studio runs against a calendar, not a vibe. Each quarter has a small number of named milestones, and one number that defines whether the quarter was a good one.
